Visual Arts
Ms. Karen Sutherland is Saffell's certified art teacher. She teaches visual arts to all students in grades 1-5.  Our students are taught a curriculum aligned to state and national standards.  Students get hands on expressing themselves artistically.  Our students artwork is displayed around our school building and at the Anderson Co. Board Office throughout the school year.  Each May, our wonderful artists put their creations on display at our school Art Show.
