Legislative Visit
On Thursday, March 20th, the Anderson County Schools hosted a legislative luncheon after visiting Emma B. Ward Elementary and the Anderson County High School. Attendees included Congressman Andy Barr, County Clerk Jason Denny, and Magistrate Buddy Sims. School board members James Sargent and Donna Drury as well as representatives from the offices of Governor Steve Beshear, Senator Rand Paul, State Auditor Adam Edelen, and Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes were also in attendance.
