Visitor Management - RAPTOR
At Anderson County Schools, safety is our number one priority. All of our schools will be implementing the Raptor Visitor Management System to protect all stakeholders. The Raptor Visitor Management System allows us to track visitors, contractors, and volunteers in our buildings at all times.

Upon entering a school, visitors who have appointments, in any part of the school building past the receptionist desk, will be asked to present a valid state-issued ID. The state-issued ID will be scanned into the system. Raptor Visitor Management System scans the visitor's name, date of birth and photo for comparison with a national database of registered sex offenders which allows us to screen who comes into our schools. Once entry is approved, Raptor will issue a badge that identifies the visitor, the date, and the purpose of his/her visit. No other data from the state issued ID is gathered.

If you are interested in learning more about the Raptor visitor management system, please visit the Raptor Technologies website (www.raptortech.com). You may also contact Director or Districtwide Programs and Operations Ronnie Fields at 502-839-3406
